Some times we spend hours in
setting up the registration
between image on screen frame
and transparent substrate mainly
on second color especially when
the first color is lighter and the
emulsion is too darker or for any
other reason.
Our unique, rugged vacuum bed
with lights in place of regular
honey comb with stainless steel
top allows the operator to set the
registration faster and easier as
it allows the operator to see thru
any transparent substrate and
mesh and can move vacuum
bed using fine pitch screws.
As all our standard vacuum beds by default has fine micro pitched screws with zero
backlash enables bed movement 0.010 mm +/- to register jobs more accurately. Vacuum
Bed with Light Table is also designed with same features and the top of this vacuum bed
with light is solvent resistant and also replaceable.
The biggest and main advantage of this system is that after printing on transparent
substrates you can even check the trapping between colors directly on the table and
adjust the registration immediately by moving the vacuum bed in any X, Y & Z direction as
required.
As our stainless steel honey comb vacuum beds are compressed using high pressure
hydraulic press the same way this light table is also compressed using special
attachments to keep the surface of the table absolutely flat thus maintaining high quality
standards in printing.
