Squeegee blade is one of the most critical components in Screen Printing. Even though it represents a tiny fraction of finished products cost, blade controls quality and clarity of Printing and ink deposit to substrate during printing process. Dull and uneven edge on blade will result in streaking, inadequate ink deposits, excessive wear and tear on stencil, as well as greater scrap and a loss of productivity.

Maintaining a sharp Squeegee blade edge has become more difficult as printers use today's inks that are more aggressive and solutions.

Squeegee blade can make or break a job. If blade is not correct, the result will be reduction in profits, lower productivity, increased scrap / rejections and missed customer deadlines
