Sharpness, repetition accuracy in all four color printing 8 in fine-line printing even emulsion thickness and flat surface of emulsion layer from the print side is generally required in making high quality screens. While coating with troughs manually where repetition accuracy and quality is always a guess work & also when coating emulsions on screen size around 40" and over accurate screens is very difficult to achieve or some times even not possible. Our Manual Coater is engineered to make the high quality screen with ease, as no skill required operating the machine. Now you can achieve multi color screens with the same kind of repetition accuracy as desired. Coating head is mounted on hardened shafts with linear bearings for smooth and vibration free motion. Counter balance is provided for easy up/down movement of coater assembly. Easy frame adjustment to suit various screen frame size. Adjustable coating trough pressure for both sides individually. Coating can be done on both sides one after another by rotating the screen frame assembly, which is mounted on bearings for free movement.
