GRAFICA introduces to most easy 8 accurate way of drying stencil film/emulsions. In vertical drying with low viscosity emulsions there are chances of emulsion to accumulate on bottom and cause uneven emulsion thickness. Our unique horizontal drying system helps to maintain emulsion thickness equally all over the screen. Drying cabinets mounted in roller bearing for easy movement. Screen frame can rest easily on a bend support rods inside drying cabinet to avoid touching of wet emulsion and avoids to keep a support piece below the frame as this a general problem when screens kept with print side down. Flow of filtered hot air is designed to
give a uniform heat all over the screen. |
