Nano-print plus is perfect match to produce photo-realistic heat transfer & information labels



With Grafica's nano-print plus Quenby Transfers (India) Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru are producing photorealistic heat transfer and information labels with consistent quality at rapid speed. “It is a fantastic machine for trouble free heat transfer printing,” says Sri Hari M, General Manager – Technical & Production at Quenby Transfers (India) Pvt Ltd.

“We are fully satisfied with its performance and after sales service of Grafica; we may buy more such machines in future,” he adds.

Quenby Transfers (India) Pvt Ltd, the 25-year old heat transfer producing company was relocated in 2006 from Leicestershire in UK to Bidadi in Bengaluru. In 2010, again they shifted their unit to a bigger premise at Peenya Industrial Area in Bengaluru with a factory space of 21000 sq.ft built over a 28000 sq.ft site. The company employs over 100 people. The day-to-day operations are managed by K. Sachindranath Udupa, Director – Operations. David Hunt is the Managing Director and Tom Seabroke is the Chairman of the company.

The company produces about 5-6 million pieces of precision quality photo-realistic heat transfers per month, using both offset and screen printing process.

Quenby Transfers has complete pre press set up including CTP to supplement their offset and screen printing operations. They also have advanced colour management system.

“We strictly adhere to global quality and environment parameters laid down by REACH/CPSA, and use reputed inks and chemicals in our heat transfer production,” says Sachindranath Udupa.

They mostly cater to European market. “Since we do not offer fusing service, we depute our technical experts to customers' factory to calibrate their machines and stream line heat transferring activities,” he adds
