Initiation towards automation in screen printing

Ahmedabad based Mr.Kanaiya Varde, proprietor of Technoprint lived with the manual operation for nearly two decades, even after knowing the immense benefits of automation. Finally he purchased Grafica’s NANO-PRINT along with fabric stretching equipment.

“I liked and was impressed with NANO PRINT aesthetic, finishing, built and ruggedness when I saw it for the first time during the workshop at DMI. Quality wise and feature wise, the machine has everything that has been mentioned in the product brochure. I can print precisely on a larger substrate and we are sure of getting higher production, almost double than the manual. Since in industrial screen printing quality is important than quantity so with NANO-PRINT we are rest assured.”

“Our jobs are highly technical and aesthetics. We have to conform to specifications laid down in original designs. ” He emphasized that in such technical jobs, the print has to match to the original artwork ditto. “Our job mainly involves 3 to 7 colors so the registration is very critical and we can rely on NANO-PRINT.”
