GRAFICA's Ultra Violet Curing Machine is built with our 10 years of experience in UV Curing technology. No other curing system offers this remarkable combination of performance control and safety features. Engineered for high speed curing of vinyls, polyesters, papers, and other heat sensitive substrates. The computer designed cooling system minimizes heat transmission to stock in the curing chamber. Our ozone removal system vents ozone and hot air from the point of origin then safely out of the working area. Specially engineered light guards protect the operator from exposure to actinic light output. The lamp can be operated in half power/full power as required and prolongs the lamp life. Powerful vacuum hold-down system helps to cure the thinnest substrates with ease. Individual lamp control gear. Teflon coated conveyor belt for long life and stability.

Optional Features :
 
  • Special extended conveyor to suit various delivery height.
  • Air-cooled quartz glass filters under each lamp to reduce excess heat generated through UV lamps. Helps reducing of variations of heat sensitive substrates and also maintains adhesive properties for self adhesive labels.
  • Quartz glass filters also protects dust to settle on wet inks during curing process and eliminate sheet contact directly to lamp to prevent fire.
  • Unique cool cure system to avoid excessive heat on substrate while curing, materials such as PVC/Vinyl's/Thin Plastic sheets etc. which are heat sensitive and can be deformed if heated above 50°C can be easily cured.
