GRAFICA's Infra Red Dryer is designed for high-speed production for plastisol, water, solvent-based inks, and two pack inks used in printed nameplate and metal decorating industries. The dryers are rugged having solid steel construction with double wall filed with fiberglass all around the oven section. No other infrared drying system offers this remarkable combination of performance control and safety features. Teflon coated conveyor belt for long life and stability. High quality infrared element, which provides consistent temperature throughout the surface. Electronic temperature controller with centrally located sensor, which also indicates oven temperature. Powerful vacuum holds down system throughout the oven, which also helps to remove nauseous fumes. We also offer pure infra red with no air circulation system, designed for applications where higher temperatures, cross-linking of two pack inks is required, with little solvent evaporation. On request, we can design the machine for drying objects/substrates having various thickness/height. |
