We also undertake one group within one company training programs for employees, supervisors and managers to improve their skills and knowledge on your substrates, inks and on your products.

If you have any particular problems in process due to which causes rejections than we can also guide and teach them how to solve those problems related to your products and process which can reduce a companies time and energy. It can also save on huge amount of resources and money.

Special techniques will be shown to increase production and enhance productivity.

To conduct hand-on training for "One Company One Group" a minimum of 6 persons per company is required or will be charged for minimum of 6 persons.

Day 1 & 2: Screen making practical and theory

• Understanding various screen printing machines and which machine is most suitable & useful
• How to set the screen printing machine the right way
• What are the parameters to achieve close tolerance registration
• Understanding various squeegees, sharpening techniques and their advantages
• What is the correct squeegee pressure, angle and speed and how to set it practically
• Understanding various types of flood bars and how it directly reflects the final print results
• What is the advantages of UV Inks in screen printing
• Understand how UV Inks is convenient and economical in compare to solvent inks system in long term
• Various parameters to control ink thickness

TRAINING FEES: Per Person:

Rs. 7,500.00 (Grafica Customers)
Rs. 15,000.00 (Non Grafica Customers)

The above mentioned fee includes:

• Consumption of Imported Polyester Fabrics for each participants to practice screen making
• Imported adhesive to glue fabrics on frames
• Imported emulsion & reclaiming clemicals,
• Various types of solvent inks & UV inks, substrates and other materials for training
• Print Samples
• Hotel Accommodation for 3 nights 4 days in K T Hill Resort on twin sharing basis (If you require single accommodation then please let us know in advance to book your room accordingly, difference of room charges will be paid by you directly at actual)
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner and transfers (to & fro between hotel & DMI)
• Transfers inclusive from Mumbai Domestic Airport to DMI and back on the first and last day (RSVP)
• Less Rs.1000.00 per person if hotel accommodation and transfers not required
  

PAYMENT TERMS:

• All payments should be in favor of DMI, payable at Mumbai before 10 days from the date of workshop
• Limited Seats, So please book your seats on time to avoid inconvenience

OTHER FACILITIES:

• For transfers between Airport & DMI on the first & last day. The vehicle on the first day shall leave airport sharp at 9:00 am toward DMI. So attendees are requested to be on time (before 9:00 am) or else you will have to make your own arrangements.
• For local customers we also have free bus pickup from Vasai (E) station to DMI.
